This policy covers this website and communications you send to us by email. Each app or game we publish has its own privacy policy that describes the data that product handles; see section 13.

This website has no user accounts, registration, contact forms, comments or payment features. The only way to send us information through the website is by email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send.
Technical information processed by our hosting provider
Like any website, when you visit, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes this information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse and attacks. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.
What we do not collect
- We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website.
- We do not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party services; everything is served from our own website.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies on this website and do not use tracking technologies. Our hosting provider may, in limited circumstances, set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Such cookies are not used for analytics or advertising.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- read and respond to your enquiries, support requests and privacy requests;
- provide support for our products;
- operate, maintain and secure this website; and
- comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

- Email providers — messages sent to our company addresses are received and forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing, and stored in a mailbox provided by Google (Gmail), which processes the messages you send us on our behalf;
- Hosting provider — Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers this website;
- Authorities — where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We will update this section if our providers change.
7. International processing
Our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal data.
8. How long we keep information
We keep emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or request, provide ongoing support, and meet legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete them. You may ask us to delete your correspondence earlier, subject to any legal requirement to keep it.
9. Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you not to send sensitive information, such as passwords or payment card details, by email.
10. Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and other applicable law, you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- withdraw consent to, or ask us to limit, our processing of your personal data; and
- ask us to delete your personal data where we have no legal need to keep it.

11. Children
This website is a company information website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites, such as app store pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
13. Our apps and games
Each app or game published by METRO PRIMA SDN. BHD. has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing and from our Products & Projects page. Where an app’s privacy policy differs from this policy, the app’s policy applies to that app.
No apps or games have been publicly released yet.

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date. Where changes are significant, we will make this clear on this page.
